Based on an older mod , Ruins mod adds a huge sense of adventure to Minecraft, putting in tons of randomly generated structures as houses, temples, and even castles in the sky. A huge number of ruins available since installing this mod.

Installation:
1. Install Minecraft Forge.
2. To download the mod.
3. Go to the folder minecraft/mods.
4. Drag the downloaded jar (zip) file.
