About "Material detector": This is a mod called "Material detector". Its features are: Show the surrounding material at your level / height map Indication (far or near) material direction The detector shows also other materials, which are in the list, and not only the selected material. Only blocks that are 2 blocks deep or 2 blocks above are shown. Thus, when searching for iron, you can easily find coal. Also displays the water and lava, use this mechanism to avoid the lava directly digging.

Installation:
1. Install Minecraft Forge.
2. To download the mod.
3. Go to the folder minecraft/mods.
4. Drag the downloaded jar (zip) file.
