Personally I think this mod is very useful, by the way it is for game version minecraft 1.7.9. What he does may ask, but all in order, do not rush. If some of the players playing with you will write your message in the chat, then after writing the message to him in the chat on this character will appear in the cloud and there will be a written text of his message.

Installation:
1. Install Minecraft Forge.
2. To download the mod.
3. Go to the folder minecraft/mods.
4. Drag the downloaded jar (zip) file.
